We engage in global overseas shipping services through a handy bulk carrier fleet (23,000 to 32,000 tons D/W), committed to meeting diverse requests from our customers. We conduct tramp vessel and vessel rental and leasing services. Tramp vessel business includes navigating our own vessels and those time-chartered from other ship owners, mainly shipping companies, to link global ports focusing on the Pacific area and providing safe, secure, diversified marine transport of freights ranging from grains, lumber, coal, and timber to nonferrous metals. In vessel rental and leasing, we time-charter vessels of other ship owners, mainly shipping companies, or provide our vessels for chartering.

As of March 2010, 25 vessels are in service – 810,000 tons D/W, 16 of which are company-owned 500,000 tons D/W. All vessels have with 30-ton gears and many have box-shaped holds. Company-owned vessels are handy-sized. These facilities ensure that our vessels enter a maximum of ports globally – the source of our fleet’s competitive power. In addition to our Pacific focus, we are developing services in other areas, including trilateral, in expanding our shipping territory.
